crate a super user account


hi all....

I am new to linux. I wont to give sudo privilage to my friend, in my home computer
How can i do this.

I am sure you've already found a response for your question. I am responding anyway for anyone else that comes across this post:


1.- You add your friend user ID to the wheel group
2.- Modify the /etc/sudoers to grant rights to the wheel group

Of course you could grant rights to your friend directly in the /etc/sudoers file, I just think it's cleaner doing it through the wheel group.
