Converting Linux to Windows...

I know that you all probably don't care much for Windows, and I agree that microcrap is a bunch of thieving butt monkeys, but I grew up using Windows and am now dual booting Mandrake with XP. I've been using Linux for almost a year now and I love the way that Linux allows the user to pimp out the desktop and I was wondering if there might be a way to change the Linux icons to Windows icon files? If possible I would like to be able to do this through windows. Thanks.
