configuring PHP on OpenSuse 10.2

I have recently installed OpenSuse 10.2 with LAMP option selected when installing it.
Everything seems to be installed and configured, but when I add my test php file on /srv/www/htdocs directory, it doesn't show anything. Apache is running well, since i can see the default webpage, but I guess there is something wrong with PHP configuration files.

I have installed php and mysql on fedora and ubuntu without any problem, but opensuse seems to have problem with automatic configuration of LAMP.

I followed some on line instruction, but they were totally different from what I saw on my machine.

Is anyone having the same problem?
