configure and install


i have installed a package .now i want to remeove it ,is it
necessary that i must require the CD or not also plz provide me
with the steps how to configure the sound card

well first off, what did you install and did you install if off a cd or maybe download ??
second, what kind of software with what distro ?

details will help us help you.

that's a good question how do you figure out what files a program's installation has added to computer and how do remove them?
