Hey Guys,

I am trying to startup a Computer Science Club at the University I attend. Actually, I'm an online student, so it is kind of hard, but that's not the point.

I am very interested in having the club involved in Linux related activities. We are definatley in our infancy, but in the future I'd like to help out with Linux projects.

Are there any ideas you guys can think of, that would allow us to give back to the Linux communty?

Also, are there any organizations we can join. We are currently looking at ACM and IEEE, but I want to look towards Linux organizations.

Well you'd want to start a LUG - Linux User group - or join one that already exists... http://www.linux.org/groups/

we also have our own forum for lug communication and advertisement.
