Compiling&Switching kernel in Suse 9.2

Hi, I've got Suse 9.2, and my Cedega works poorly with my kernel (2.6.9). So, I want to dualboot with another kernel (2.4.x). Anyway, could anyone guide me how to compile/setup the kernel for secondary use? And how to get the right things enabled, the same things as I have in the current kernel?

Btw it should be x86_64 structure on the kernel. Please help me I really really need help with this one.

Edit: Maybe I could use the stock kernel from Suse 9.0? Where do I get it if i should use it?
