Commercial linux distro for little or no cost?


What I'm looking for is a distro of linux that i can use for commercial use with low or no cost, with personal requirements as im gonna list below.

Low System Requirements:
CPU: 700MHz or greater
RAM: 256MB or greater
HD: 5GHz or greater

Personal Requirements:
Ethernet
Able to run Firefox
Able to run Java

Any help would be cool or a point in a good direction.
