most likely, you'll have to edit "cd" source code
why do you want to do it?

when i put a cd in the cdrom drive, i want to create a link on the desktop to it (the same as you get when you right click dekstop and select disks > cdrom) then i want it to automatically execute a script on the cdrom

even just the execution of a script on a cdrom would be cool
