it will display all files in the current directory whose names are five characters long, the first character a "d", the fourth any letter between G and L inclusive.
If you have no such files, it will display an error message.

On the surface this appears to be a very weird homework question.

Where'd you get or discover that command? What's leading you to try it at all, or what did you hope to accomplish in using that command? And why would this be so critical that you need to exclaim "Please help me!" where you're trying in every way possible?

Some of my points here are if I just slam my hands randomly down on the keyboard, it generates random characters, but not a valid command. For instance "nhjklfl" that's what just happened when I lifted off of home row and intentionally flayed my fingers at the keyboard, but I can almost guarantee that "nhjklfl" is NOT a command.

Perhaps a bit more explanation about the history of what led you to this command and why this is of any real consequence would help.

If you're just inexperienced with the Linux command line, then people will certainly help you with more rudimentary commands.

And honestly I've used Linux or Unix since the 80s and never had the occasion to issue a command even remotely like that one. So a following point is that if you're new to this all, I would not recommend some highly detailed command that has some extremely limited purpose. Right now I see no purpose, nor even legal syntax for a command.
