Command line update utility ro Red Hat?

Is there any type of utility that I can run from the command line that will go out and get any patches/security that the system needs and automatically install them? Similar to windows update? I know on my RH8.0 laptop there is the little check box in the corner that does pretty much this but can I access this feature on a server without a GUI enviroment? This would be for a RH7.3 machine.

In Red Hat 8.0 the command would be up2date--I don't know if 7.3 has that. If you don't find it, try the Red Hat Website and see if it is something you can download.

7.3 has up2date.

Try up2date --nox --update

1. rhn_register
2. up2date

works for me

if you dont run step one then i assume you have to apply the patches manually.
