Cities that have embraced the open source solution.

I am writing a letter to the editor of a local newspaper about open source and how it can save our cash-deprived some money. In this letter I want to list out some municipalities, states, and countries that have successfully gone through this transformation. Can anyone help me out?

Not to give you an RTFM answer, but I tried googling "list of linux adoption cities" and came up with Linux Adoption Articles as the first hit.

Besides the well-publicised news about Munich, Largo (Florida), and Extremadura (Spain), there is also Calgary here in Canada.
