changing kde default icons

can someone please tell me how to change the default icon for "trash" in kde. I am using red hat 8.0 with kde 3.0.3-8

Go into your KDE control panel and on the left hand side find icons...from there you can install a new set of icons...possibly from

themes.org or kde-look.org

yea already knew how to do that. what i was wanting to know was how to change just the trash icon with a custom icon not a whole set of icons.

I'm not sure about that...I use gnome, xfce, or icewm usually. I would guess you could overwrite the existing icon with a new one of the same name? Probably not the best way, but it would work?
