Angry Changing dial method in KPPP

Please could someone tell me how does one change the dial method in KPPP(I mean tone or pulse). Please also note that I am not talking about the RP3 dialup tool.
My LILO which shows up in graphical mode shows three options instead of two as it was earlier. One is Linux itself, second is win and the third(the new one) hda1.please tell me how to remove this option.

part answer

Hey.

I'm on windows right now so I can't remember about the Kppp settings but for lilo you just have to go into KDE (if you are using it) and go to the control panel and click on lilo. Then you will see the different settings and be able to remove the hda1

If you are not on KDE then I think the location oif the file is /etc/lilo.conf

open it in your editor and remove the hda1 line. But be careful to only remove that one or else...
