Centos Search for postgres database


Ok so I need to Search for a postgres database File on a CentOs System.
Is their a command i can run in the terminal to search for postgres files?

cd /
find . -name filename.ext
replace filename.ext with the filename and extension you are looking for.

can you just do a search for a file type like i wanna find all .pdd files
