CentOS display issues (i'm pretty sure it's software/hardware)

I'm installing CentOS 5.6 on 20+ poweredge servers of various series (mostly 400, 500 and 800 series) and on some of the servers the screen does a wierd distortion. It does not do it during installation or while loading... only after CentOS begins (when it prompts for a login) and it is fine on the left side of the screen... but gets progressively worse to the right side of the screen (and also stretches beyond the right side of the screen). What is the issue here? What other information should I post here to help figure it out?

Thanks in advance... I really appreciate it.
