Cannot start X window

Hi,

I used webmin 0.9 to burn CDs last night. After burning 4 CDs, it was hanged (redhat 7.3). And I rebooted it.

Then, the x window cannot be started as

1) webmin cannot be stopped;
2) cannaserver cannot be stopped;

I can run into command mode only.

How can I fix it and do I need to re-install X-Window? If so, how should I re-install it?

Thanks for help.

Try booting from a boot disk/installation cd and run fsck on all partitions you have.
