Windows98 SE and Windows 2000 come with a product called Internet Connection Sharing... its basically Network Address Translation (NAT). Unfortunately, WindowsNT does not.

A good third party product is called Nat32
( http://www.nat32.com )

I don't know how much it costs... but it works really well. This will allow you to use the WinNT box as a gateway to the Internet.

You should be able to connect with Linux to the internet thru Ms Proxy runnin on a windows server. No need for special configuration, just configure Netscape proxy setting on Linux to point to the server proxy. I have done it before for years.
