Sorry, but there was time to you to get used to answer your own questions about basic commands looking at google or just using man. If was somekind of issue so no problem, but chown is a basic command and for things like basic commands the right thing to do is just use man

Sarcasm perhaps, but absolutely. Root's power is absolute. Same applies in the windows world with the administrator account more or a less, if you need additional protection against, say the system administrator then you need to look into personal encryption and never decrypt or encrypt anything on a system where someone other than you has control.

Actually, there are files in Windows that the Administrator can't see and can't delete.

Mr. Gates has his things that he doesn't want you fooling with...

Yes, well, I got even with the jerk to my satisfaction, by switching to Linux.
