Can anyone point me to a good reading about the essentials of linux administration?

Hello

I was just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I have up to this point installed a very workable OS on my computer. And I do know the basic commands to get around in Linux, but I would like to learn much, much more. Are there any good free documents other then the HowTo's that condense the massive amount of information out there regarding the administration of a Linux system, including shell scripting basics? I understanding purchasing a book would be my best choice, but I am under financial constraints at the moment. Hence my switch from expensive windows to free linux. Thank you!

The LDP is the place to go not just for How-Too's but more in-depth guides such as the System Admin Guide (sag from the previous post), System Admin Made Easy (same), Network Admin Guide (nag) and manny, many more.
