Can't delete folder from USB Drive (Virus Microsoft)


a windows virus created some extra files in each directory and also un deletable from my USB drive. previously i was using live CD(slax/BOSS/Ubuntu) to delete this type of viruses. Now i can't remove these linux also even if am in root and have mounted the drive in RW mode.

the folders showing 0 bytes
but the drive showing 900Mb used space
