Burning dual layer dvd (DVD DL +R) fails using k3b, Nero 4 Linux, Gnome CD/DVD Creat


Greetings,

I've been trying to burn dual layer Dvd's on linux using K3B, Nero Linux 4, and Gnome CD/DVD Creator but all attempts have failed.

I ran K3b as root to see if it was a permissions problem but it wasn't since I got similar errors.

I have successfully burned multiple dual-layer DVDs with both both K3B and Brasero.

I hope this isn't so obvious a question as to be insulting, but are you using a dual-layer blank?
