Question bootup halts after enabling swap space

Hi,

I am using full installation of centos 4.2 with all latest patches applied. Few weeks ago, I can't boot up the system (init level = 5). The boot up process halts forever after enabling swap space. Any idea?

Thanks,
VOA

it's most likely not a swap enabling issue but it's hanging on the next step during bootup.
