boot knoppix or other linux live cd with ntldr


Is there a way i can boot a linux live cd off of my hard drive by adding an entry to my boot.ini?

that tells how to boot from an image but it would still need the knoppix cd.
i want to be able to put and option into the ntldr in xp that will let me boot to the knoppix iso

Don't know what you mean--- a Live CD boots all by itself. Why do you want to go thru ntldr and boot.ini?

i dont want to have to use the cd. I want to be able to boot an image right from the harddisk.
