Angry Boot error with SCSI

I have just installed the last distro of Ubuntu on a compaq server using a SCSI Raid5 disk configuration. The installtion went fine, the array was found, formatted and installed to...however when I try to boot the server it begins to load packages for Ubuntu and i get the following error:

ALERT! /dev/ida/c0d0p1 does not exist. Dropping to a shell!

Can anyone help me?
