block hotspot shield


Dear all,

can i block hotspot shield any how? its uses dynamic ip address to connect.

can i open the exe using hexeditor or any why to know to block all ip addresses of hotspot shield.

Are you running a hotspot and you want to prevent users from using "hotspot shield"? Hotspot shield is OpenVPN based. Btw is there a special reason why you want to block this program? Alternatively you may block all ports except 80,443,22,21,20 so that only ssh, http, https and ftp will work.

Extracting the IP addresses from an exe file is quite hopeless.

People on work are using youtube,facebook and social networking.

they waste a lot of bandwidth and other users complaign about Internet and VPN issues.

which make our(system admin) life miserable by all Managers.


thats why I want to block hotspot
