Smile backup from /sys


hi,
Is it necessary to take backup from "/sys" in REDHAT or not?:tisk

Files and directories under /sys are purely virtual.
For a backup you need to have the directory /sys - but nothing of what is in it.
The same is true for /proc
...and even for /dev in modern distributions (with the possible exception of /dev/null and /dev/console)
