Question backing up and restoring linux

OK I need some help! I had to reinstall my linuxbox because I tried to use GHOST to create an image of my linuxbox. And guess what? It hosed my box. I now have it back up and running tip top shape and am loving it but would really like to get it backed up.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

graystarr

p.s. Im running Red Hat 7.2

If you have a cd-rw you can use Mondo Rescue to back up to bootable cd's.

Sorry, can't help with that, I've never used a tape drive. All I can suggest is a search on Google/linux.
