automount[10761]: failed to mount /media/.hal-mtab

Syslog consists umpteen number of instances of the following message:
automount[10761]: failed to mount /media/.hal-mtab

Does anyone know what is it about ?

Plz. lemme know should you need more info. (Sorry, don't know where to start !)
