Automating installation of vmware-tools

Hi

I would like to automate the installation of vmware-tools.

Apparently I should run this perl script (I have no ideas what it does)
Code:
bin/vmware-config-tools.pl
Code:
Unable to find the database file (/etc/vmware-tools/locations)
What value should go into that file, and what is required to automate the installation.

Cheers
