automating a job to occur every 60 seconds


How can i automate the following command to execute every sixty seconds?

How do i make a command or executable file out of it?

wget -O - --http-user=username -http-passwd=password 'http://dynamic.zoneedit.com/auth/dynamic.html?host=www.mydomain.com'

put it in a file with
#!/bin/bash
as its first line, then your wget stuff
save that to file
chmod +x file
crontab -e
1/* * * * * file 2>&1 > /dev/nul
