Automaticly Launch program on login, gnome

How do you configure gnome to launch a program when you login?

Select desktop menu Applications->Preferences->More Preferences->Sessions.

In Sessions, click on the Startup Programs tab, then the Add button. Enter the name of the program you want to run. Click OK and then Close. The next time you logout and login, the program will run.
