Auto Start
To make something start up everytime the computer starts is it ok to edit the rc.local file (running redhat)? I need to start apache, so at the end of the file should i write /www/bin/apachectl start? Also, I have samba to start at init 3, which causes a problem when I go into init 5. I know why, but what is the easiest way to fix this? Thanks.

you can either use apachectl or '/sbin/service httpd start' , it doesn't really matter.
