Hi all,

My Graphics Card: ATI Radeon X800XT

I've been up all night trying to work this out and it is doing my head in. I installed Fedora core 6, and began following the instructions found here...

I followed each step to the T, but when I close X with "init 3" and then type "ati-fglrx-config-display enable" I get an error stating that "ati-fglrx-config-display: command not found". I cannot see where this is suppose to be installed and why it is not working.

Please can someone help.

The furthest I've got with Febora is that when I type "glxinfo|grep direct" I get the following:

libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x4b
direct rendering: Yes

ati's on fedora... check the instructions at rpm.livna.org and use their ati kernel modules and tools, should work fine. if you're not aware, livna has essentially become the official unofficial place for the grey stuff that fedora refuses to include, nvidia / ati drivers, mp3 / divx support etc...
