(ask) can't login via SSH by putty

dear all,
I am using debian in my server. I try to log in via putty, but when I already type with root username and password and push "Enter", the putty suddenly closed . .

Then, I try to log in via console, when I push "Enter" after type root username and password, I can login just 1.5 second and I log out automatically . .

Please your advice,

I think the root login must be disabled in your SSH configuration.

Also please note, it's better not to log in as root through SSH. Try logging in as a normal user and use sudo for restricted root related stuff.

hmmm . .
There isn't another user except root

is there another way for me to log on to the server ??
