apt-get upgrade problems

Hi all,

Lately I have been having trouble with my apt-get. Whenever I do an apt-get upgrade I get a conflict error:

file /etc/apt/rpmpriorities from install of atrpms-29-1.rh9.at conflicts with file from package apt-0.5.5cnc6-fr1

Does anyone know how to get rid of this conflict?
