Applying ITIL in a Software Products Based Company

Have you implemented or applied your ITIL knowledge in your project / organisation (specifically in a products based company)?

This company that I am working for is a new one in my country and is products based. There is no ITIL here not even in the other offices outside the country. I am trying to come up with some Value Adds by using / applying my ITIL knowledge but am wondering as to from where to start. This company is into building software for telecom companies. Any idea of areas that I can consider for ITIL here?

Your query is rather vague!

Look here: - ITIL
Look at the above links and you should be able to setup ITIL.
