application/postscript print problem

I use cups-lpd to print from lpd clients, in the config i use document-type=application/postscript, but when I print a page it prints a header like this:




a lot of this and then print the document...

What I need to do to stop printing this header???

Go through the cups printer configuration and turn off banner printing.
