Question Apache -- Changing requested URL to another name

I want to be able to change a URL inside a web browser after a user enters a site.
Example: user types oldhello.com, user is redirected to new site at newhello.com, I know I can use headers to allow website newhello.com to accept oldhello.com, but in the browswer, oldhello.com still appears and I want to be able to change that.
Do I need to use the re-write module?

Thank you.
