anyway to mount your master boot record to see whats on it??

Does anyone know if you can mount your /dev/mbr to see what all is on it?
I was just curious if anyone knows feel free to respond :)

There's no filesystem in mbr, it's just 512bytes, so you can't "mount" it.
You can dump it to a file with
Code:

dd if=/dev/hda of=/path/to/savefile count=1 bs=512
The first 4 DWORD (4*4=16 bytes) contain primary partitions info, the next 496 are for stage1 of bootloaders
