Anyone use Frugalware?

I didn't see a specific forum on Frugalware so I'm posting here. (I hope thats O.K.)

Anyway, I was wondering if Frugalware is designed for newer linux users or more for the advanced users of linux?
I've downloaded and burned the iso twice and upon installation they have failed me twice so I'm starting to think that perhaps frugalware is for more advanced users. If you have used frugal let me know what you think and when they are planning a new release and if it will be worth the try again. It sounds like the distro could be right up my alley but I've never been able to try it with success.

I would like to install it on an older Gateway 1300mhz with 768MB ram on a 30GB hard drive. Do these specs sound applicable for frugal?

Thanks!!

A year or so ago...

I liked Frugalware when I tried it a while back, but I think it is developed for newer computers. The developers always has some nice custom graphics, but I think I gave up on it when I had trouble getting the wireless to work with WPA supplicant on my laptop. I think they have a pretty large repository that is kept up to date as well.
I thought they only put out DVDs, not sure about CDs. If the download is going wrong, try downloading with bittorrent, there is probably a torrent available from linuxtracker.
