anyone running audio apps on fedora7? (ardour, rosegarden...)

Hi, I installed Fedora7, because, well - I had it lying around, and my Ubuntu Gutsy beta is completely fubar. (Upgrade from dapper to Edgy to feisty-herd3, to gutsy now - I didn't expect miracles)

And I really like it.
So I'm contemplating a switch, but I would need to get at least Rosegarden and Jack running. - But I haven't found much on that. So is anybody using something that requires a low-latency or realtime kernel on fedora-7 - and is it a good idea?
