The client? Every major distro has it in their repository. Torrents? www.linuxiso.com or most of the major distros own download pages...

Since Red Hat has been offering its distros up as bittorrents, it should be on the installation cds. I did a quick search and it seems that there doesn't seem to be an easy rpm of it (you could try the Mandrake one...)

Or, you could try something different. I have been pleased with the java client Azureus.
