anonymous private redirect

What sort of software could I run on my home linux server to provide myself with an anoymous web redirect? Some thing I could use to access blocked sites from behind a firewall at work. (I realize that if they block my access to my home site it wont work, im counting on them being to complacent to notice anything out of the ordinary)

Could i also encrypt the redirected pages to aviod the IT folk prying?
