An Ideal File Manager

Sirs,
I badly need a file manager that

1) should be as fast as xfe
2) should have file associations as in Konqueror - NOT based on file extensions
3) is pleasing to look

I am using ICEWM as my window manager. So the file manager should be as graceful as that
Thank you

Or ROX. Or Evidence (if you manage to compile it, let me know).

I have to go with the Rox vote. It is fast and light.
