Administrator control panel

I am currently developing a control panel which will allow linux administrators to remotely manage servers.

What features do you think the control panel should include?

As an example :
DHCP or DNS configuration
User management
Process management

every feature that linux provides i.e dns, dhcp,www,mail,nis.nsf,proxy, samba etc

Something similar to cpanel but not so advanced

What would you say are the most important features of an on line control panel?
