Does anyone know about any information regarding adding Linux to a Windows home network because I want to share files between my Linux computer and my computers running Windows XP.
You'll need to use a program called SAMBA, which implements the Windows file sharing protocols under *nix systems. If you Google around a bit, you will find a lot of information on setting it up. Post back here if you have specific questions about it.
Your are going to be interested in Samba. I recommend looking through the Tutorials section, and find articles such as `This One` to get an idea on what to do.
