Question add development tools

Hello, I've installed Redhat 7.2 a while back. I didn't install the development tools when I did my install. I can't "make" any files.
Is there a way I can add the tools I need to make without destroying my current install?

if you have the cdroms you can install the rest of the rpms

gnorpm should list the rpms on the cd, you can choose the ones you want to install.

Or you can use rpm from the command line to do it

Thanks David for the prompt response.

I'm not sure which rpms I need. Is there a manager which can add all dependant rpms needed for a specific package?

Thanks,
rhstudent

I would start here

http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/redhat....2-7.i386.html

if you have the cd then look for the gcc rpm if it's not installed

the link tells what's required with links to the required rpms

I would make sure to have make and autoconf

http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/redhat...1-14.i386.html

http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/redhat...-8.noarch.html
