About NFS

Hi

I want to know if it is possible to mount my home folder on my host machine to a guest os in virtualbox using NFS?

Second, after the folder is mounted via NFS in the guest os, can I modify, delete, or add files to the folderwithout being root?

I never done NFS before.

I decided to use virtual box's share folder feature. It's more straight forward than using NFS.
