about cgi for added user

Hi, there.
I am new to RH9 and recently I've added two new users to my RH9 box. Now, I want to let both of them execute CGI scripts inside their /home directories. Here are my config:

In httpd.conf,

1. I set ScriptAlias /user1/cgi-bin/ to "/home/user1/cgi-bin/" (same to the user2)

2. I set the directory for both the users
<Directory "/home/user1/cgi-bin">
Options ExecCGI
AllowOverride None
Allow from from all
Order allow,deny
</Directory>

When I am asked to define the url and path for the cgi scripts, what's the correct url and path?

http://user1.no-ip.com/user1/cgi-bin/cgiscript.cgi and
/home/user1/cgi-bin/cgiscript.cgi

Is the above correct? If not, what's the right setting?

Cheers.

What you have done seems right.

Remember if you change httpd.conf you need to restart httpd.
