A quick Hello and a quicker ?

Just wanted to say hello to everyone here. I've been lurking around for a couple of weeks, and even chimed in once or twice when I thought I knew something

Looks like an interesting and (semi) mature community, so I think I'll hang around for a bit

Now, the question I have, on a few of the screenshots I've seen, (example:
http://eo.yifan.net/users/u/hitokirix/ss.jpg) There is a cool looking graphical monitor. On the above, it's on the left side of the screen. What program is that?
